The HLN Aerolyn air heaters work independently from the vehicle engines to provide heat to vehicle inner spaces. With the current development of internal combustion engines, efficiency has improved to a level that engine residual heat may not be able to meet the heating requirement of the inner compartment all the time. As a result, a new heating source becomes necessary to keep the comfort level of the vehicle. HLN Aerolyn air heaters work just to solve the problem. The heater draws fuel directly from the vehicle’s fuel tank, has an independent combustion chamber and heat dissipation system. Because it works only to generate heat, the heat conversion efficiency of the heater is significantly higher than that of the engine.

HLN focuses on systematic improvement on the products’ key component. The fuel pump is a good example. The company provides several variants of fuel pumps to meet different requirement. It started from a version that can function at extreme low temperature (-41°C). Such a pump is ideal for vehicles that need to work at extreme cold environment for extended period.
