The HLN Aquano 5K coolant heaters preheat the engine coolant to make sure the engines can have a smooth start at a surrounding temperature as low as -41°C. The HLN coolant heaters operate independently from the vehicle engines. Working together with the ingeniously designed smart timer, the heater can start automatically at the pre-set time, to warm up the engine even while you are asleep. When you are ready to start the day with your vehicle in the cold winter morning, it is already warm and ready to go. The compact design of the heater also makes it suitable for a wide variety of vehicles.

The HLN Aquano 5K coolant heaters can reduce the engine friction during the engine’s normal operations. In the cold weathers, the engine lubricant temperature can be lower than the optimal operating temperature range. It is particularly true if your vehicle has to idle most of the time to wait for the next task. With the improvement in efficiency of the modern engines, residual heat from the combustion reduces. Together with the low temperature environment and reduced load, the coolant / lubricant temperature can drop to below 60°C.
